Key to Selling Selling your home is a process not an event. I will be with you from the beginning until after the close of escrow. I will help you go through your house and suggest ways to make it more saleable. Since condition plays a major role in pricing a home I will arrange for a home inspection prior to marketing. This will alert us to any potential problem or concern that may arise when the buyer has a home inspection making us better able to prepare for or alleviate objections when an offer is made. Pricing is the most important decision to be made when selling your home. I am here to help you reach an educated decision of a fair marketable price for your home for current market conditions. No seller wants to sell for too little, and no buyer is going to be foolish enough to pay too much. It is my job to make sure that potential buyers do not think we were crazy or hallucinating when we priced your home! Exposure to the market is also important...getting the word out to the right buyer. My assistant Susie with a 10-year marketing background is an expert at this. My advertising dollar is my own...this means I make the decision about when, where and how often. Again there are the all-important aspects of negotiating and closing a sale. It has always been my philosophy to create a winning team; seller, buyer, agents, repairman, appraisers, loan and escrow officers. Everyone walks away happy...it has been a win/win transaction.
